hello again got some free time figured i would up date everyone on my camp. i woke up today 167 so about two pounds off from my goal. i have about two weeks to make the weight that i want, a flat 165. i swear im not a big fast food eater to begin with, but i really want a mcgriddle, more then you can imagine. This is the way it is though everything that i am not aloud to eat, to name a few obvious ones cookies, ice cream, burgers, fries, things of that nature look so good. In reality once im able to eat them they wont taste as good as they are suppose too its a weird cycle. thats the honest truth though and sadly the way it is. Its like your never really satisfied, which in return knowing this you would think that dieting would become easier but it isnt. either way though last saturday was my second to last sparring session and was very energetic which is something because of the diet this camp has been missing. so very excited about that being that its two weeks out and i havent yet started to up my calories/carbs. feeling very prepared for my fight hope so see everyone march 20th in chandler at the rage fights.
