Training hard and ready for battle.

Well as everyone knows Ben Henderson and myself were up in costa mesa helping BJ Penn for his fight. He looks ready for whatever Diego has to bring to the table. I mean dont take me wrong Diego is a very good friend of my but i dont think he will be able to take BJ down or nor do i think he wants to be on the ground with BJ. So now with that said i have been training for my upcoming fight vs Evan Dunham is a very good oppenent and i respect the fact that his undefeated but so am i and i just want to give you guys a good show so expect a war. And to Evan if you are reading this blog lets make it happen lets start the year good and lets make it happen. Im ready to prove to the people im here forreals. And for those fan who will read this and think that we dislike eachother thats not true, we dont have a problem with each other its just our job. For the next couple of weeks i will be training full time here in phx az, but there is one thing that makes me sad not been able to eat my moms cooking during the summer mmmmmmmmmm just thinking about it makes me sad. But it will be worth it. So how is everyone doing out there right now its thursday im at the airport going to memphis tenn for UFC 107. I want to take the time to thank my manager Jason his done so much for me, so anyone out there wanting to do any interview and such let him know and he will make it happen, also i want to thank one of my main sponsors and supports MTX audio that has been very helpful with my career thanks for letting me be part of your family.
