Muay Thai

So before i fought Chad Reiner I started working my Muay Thai with Kru Mark Montoya. He used to teach at Gumm MMA and just recently opened his own Muay Thai gym in Denver called Factory X. It works out great because I can do all of my BJJ and MMA with Brad and my team at Gumm MMA and right down the street I can train my stand up with Mark. Mark is a certified Muay Thai instructor under Vut Kamnark. Since ive been training with him I feel like my stand up had grown leaps and bounds. We went back to the basics and started building from there. Since we started I have added so many more tools to my arsenal and i cant wait to show everyone my improvements. Everyone will get to see march 31st when the 1st episode of TUF 11 airs. Its going to be weird watching myself on TV.

Ive also recently started cross training with Team Wildman her in Denver. Thomas Denny just moved here with some of his guys like bryan baker and chino montoya. Its good to add a few more guys my size to my training camps. Once my training camp starts the door will be open to anyone who would like to come help me prepare.
