im ready mtx fans!

so today i went for a lil run and a good stretch then did a couple interviews for mmamadness and a local radio station here in denver . then went to the radio station and saw my opponite nick honstein so i had to mean mugg em a lil bit and let em know that im coming for blood!. also there were some strippers there promoting there club and they also had em do bikini wrestling matches so me and nick had to show em a couple moves for the match and i picked a girl name phoenix , thats her stage name and she was actually from mesa arizona so i had to pick her and i showed her a couple good moves like headlocks , armbars ,rearnaked chokes and triangles hahaha she caught on really quick because she won so she repped it hard for arizona i told her . then after all the messing around side i went to practice and rolled light with some guys and worked my ground and pound then hit mits with chris camozzi and i feel great everyone tomorrow im gonna take the day light again maybe just ajog and go check out this new cage everyones talking about i guess its post to be big like the ufc but ive fought in a big cage before this aint my first.
