Here at BJ PENN'S

Hello everyone
Hope everyone is have a great week, i know its tuesday but i hope is still going good. As for me its going awesome as Ben Henderson and myself are here in costa mesa california training with BJ Penn. Well i know you all wanna know how his looking well his looking good thats all i can say. Its 4;30pm here in costa mesa and were just chilling here at the hotel about to get ready for our second session today. We been having some great practices and im excited to learn some more. Now we went down to newport beach now that was awesome we had some great food there but today we had pizza lol i know but we wanted to rest a lil bit because practices are hard and I want to be able to push BJ Penn, Shane Nelson and Ben Henderson to get better so we were lazy and order in. I know pizza isn't what we should be eating but let me tell you it was good. So how is everyone doing hope all you guys are able to follow me on twitter im posting picture of our training and such.
