HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL

Just got done training here in costa mesa yes i know that its thanksgiving for we have to earn our meal, lol were training super hard and im loving it. BJ is looking super good as well as for shane nelson, Well guys as you guys know were here in a hotel room and we wont be able to eat turkey so please have a some for us. This are the things that fighters be able to work though to get tuffer and tuffer. Alot of poeple ask what does it take to become a fighter this is one being away from your family during the holidays and training without asking why nor saying no we just do it because we love it and this is were you get better mentally. Alright guys enjoy today with the love ones.
