Happy Holidays

Hey Everyone,
I am back in Phoenix after spending Christmas with my family. I spent Christmas day in Mexico. I finally have been able to knock back a few beers. I got a new lap top for a present and I am still trying to figure it out. We lit firecrackers and had fun just hanging out. I also spend some time in Yuma hanging with my friends and their families in between training.

Yesterday I "ran" Squaw Peak, it was not that fun, but it was a nice view of the city. I was surprised how many people were hiking it. The mountain was pretty crowded.
