Congrats to Cain for representing Yuma

Hey everybody, hope all is well.

This weekend I watched UFC 110 in Australia and it was a great fucking card. First off congrats to Cain for his TKO of Nog. Nog is a great guy who allowed me to stay at his house in Miami. He is extremely friendly and a living legend. It was hard to root against him , so I didn't i just rooted for Cain. I smell a new HWT champion soon.

After the UFC we celebrated drinking beers in back yard. My coaches Chance Farrar and Anthony Haile stopped by and hung out. We ate manta ray and shrimp. Drank some Bud lights. Good shit.
