What's up everyone, I'm blogging from Big Bear, California, I got up here a few days ago to help out Shannon Gugerty for his upcoming fight on March 28 on Versus vs Clay Guida. I flew in from Vegas where I was doing some stuff for Spike tv and Edgar Garcia picked me up at the airport in San Diego, Edgar came up because Brandon Vera is also doing his camp up here for his fight against Jon Jones on the same card so Edgar came up to help out Brandon its going to be fun watching them spar soon. So far we've been in a snow storm it was pretty cool seeing the snow fall and seeing Edgars truck covered in snow of course we never see this stuff in Arizona so we are enjoying it. Training has been going great the 6,800 ft elevation really blows up the lungs and gets you into great shape I could really feel it when i was rolling and wrestling and hitting pads but it feels great getting back in the mix of things im going to continue training until my camp starts which is soon then the extremely hard work will begin. Sometime this week we hope to go snowboarding for the second time, lets just say the first time didn't go so well in Flagstaff.
