Seth won tonight by guillotine in the second round against a tough Tom Nguyen (7-1 before tonight) at Wild Bill's fight night in Atlanta, Ga.
The two came out and touched gloves and after a short feeling out process Seth threw an overhand right and shot a double leg takedown. The two exchanged positions a bit, and after a few submission attempts from the bottom the round ended.
Round two opened up with Seth throwing a flying knee that, unfortunately, didn't land. Tom shot a takedown and Seth hit him with a Ryuken uppercut that would have knocked out any Chinaman with a smaller nugget. After a triangle attempt that angered me because he didn't grab his shin, Seth decided that a guillotine was going to be the closeout of the ninth inning...and it was.
The crowd boo'd as the winner lay on the mat rejoicing.
Good job Seth. Back on the winning track.
