Anytime the word roulette is used I need to take that into consideration before making decisions. This is the predicament I found myself in last night. After playing a rather long session of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, one of my friends informed me of chatroulette.com. I, having no idea what the hell this site would be, listened to his brief example of the site and decided to look into this at 1 a.m. Holy shit was that a dumb idea. The concept seemed alright I suppose, if you're looking t

Hey everybody,
Just letting you guys know to check out my boy Shannon is one of his toughest fights to date against Clay Guida Sunday. Efrain and I went to Big Bear for a week to to help out Shannon for his fight. On Thirsday a week or so ago we packed up our gear and drove to San Diego from Yuma. 3 hours later we ended up at Alliance and trained there for the night. After training we crashed at Shannon's apartment. The next day we gassed up and drove to Big Bear. The drive sucked beca…

On Friday i went to Glendale to watch the PBR. It was crazy. That is by far the craziest sport i have ever seen. That was my first time actually seeing bull riding in person. Shit is intense. Those guys actually make us look like pussys. haha. But it was awseome for real. Great experaince. I give those athletes tons of respect. I also saw Muhammed Ali there. That was by far one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I have always wanted to meet him, and he is one of my biggest heros. I…

So before i fought Chad Reiner I started working my Muay Thai with Kru Mark Montoya. He used to teach at Gumm MMA and just recently opened his own Muay Thai gym in Denver called Factory X. It works out great because I can do all of my BJJ and MMA with Brad and my team at Gumm MMA and right down the street I can train my stand up with Mark. Mark is a certified Muay Thai instructor under Vut Kamnark. Since ive been training with him I feel like my stand up had grown leaps and bounds. We went ba

Going to the lab is always fun. Such a nice gym, Coach Crouch is always the nicest classiest guy. Anyways it went well. I got two rounds in, and while i felt tired, i performed well. Hopefully we will be back up there soon. Anyways want to give a thanx to MTX, Magnetic Marketing, Southwest MMA, The Lab, and the Ch…

ABout a year go i hired Rob Monroe as my boxing coach and since then i have tooken strides like i have never believed i could. The past few workouts we have just been doing wrestling, no punching, kicking etc, and i have realzied that thru all my hard work on my hand i have actually lost a step in the wrestling department. So for the next few weeks im going to just practice wrestling, i habe d…

First off I really like my job. I am a trainer at a gym and enjoy several aspects of it. When it comes to just people coming in for a workout, I enjoy getting to be a part of them changing their lives. Watching them meet goals and just overall become happier with what they are doing. I enjoy teaching people kickboxing and jiu-jitsu and watching them progress. I also enjoy the day to day interactions that this job allows for.
Two of my friends ( One a fellow emplyoee and the oth

Hey everyone,
Hope you all had a fun/safe weekend. I didnt do much, just hung out with family and friends watching the fights. I also had some sparring on saturday, which felt good. This monday is my birthday, i am turning 24 years old. My goal for this year is to be in the UFC by the time i turn 25. I dont feel that this goal is far fetched at all, i train with many people who fight in the UFC and i feel that i am on the same level as these people. So with a little luck, hard work, and MTX's he…
