Man I feel like Ive been out forever. Its been about 1 yr 1/2 since i fought last and i cant catch a break.I feel like everywhere I turn bad luck follows me. But I refuse to give up. No matter how many times I get knocked down you better believe I will get back up. Little by little I'm feeling better and i just cant wait to fight again. Thanks MTX for your help and support!!

Today was a sweat. SB(seth baczynski) was back to practise. I had known that he left a while ago for the show and was left with just Ryan. haha just kidding ryan. Anyways he's one of my closest friends, and the best training partner out there. For real, he's a killer, and works hard and makes you work hard. So were back me ryan and seth.

this past weekend in the WEC they held the bantamweight title fight between cruz and bowles and it was everything you could've hoped for training with dominick for this fight he did everything that was told in weeks and weeks of preparing for it that was the exact game plan that alliance was focusing on and eric del Ferio is a great coach watching and disecting films of Bowles the whole time i was there even late nights in big bear he was always looking for openings to break the champ with, and…

Hey everyone,
Hope you all had a fun/safe weekend. I didnt do much, just hung out with family and friends watching the fights. I also had some sparring on saturday, which felt good. This monday is my birthday, i am turning 24 years old. My goal for this year is to be in the UFC by the time i turn 25. I dont feel that this goal is far fetched at all, i train with many people who fight in the UFC and i feel that i am on the same level as these people. So with a little luck, hard work, and MTX's he…

Congrats to Dominick Cruz. New WEC 135 champ. Man he is a freak. Best boxing in MMA. He is like the white ALI. Most of you might know my best friend Danny Martinez was up in Cali helping Dom train for this fight for over a month. Man did it pay off. The sky is the limit. I also want to say Danny lost to Benividez on so bull shit. Danny is so underrated everyone better remember his name. He will be the champ soon.

Torres vs. Benavidez- I am going to go with Torres on this one. To be honest Benavidez seems a little bit too much hype for me. Torres 2nd round submission.
Pulver vs Vasquez- Dont know anything about Vasquez so im gonna go with the experinced Pulver. Pulver Unanimous
Bowles vs Cruz- Dominic is the man so im going with Dominic by Unanimous by superior cardio, boxing, and wrestling!
These are the only fights i know enough about to pick on, so take it for what its worth. Oh ya, im goona try to mak…

I was able to attend the AZ 5A state wrestling tournament a little bit ago to cheer on the school where I won my state championship and coached at for a year with coach Pepe Moreno.
Cibola did a great job as always under Pepe. There were some closes losses, one unfortunate disqualification and one upset against Cibola but for the most part the kids fought hard and did great.
The 103 Rafael Jaimes is a Sophomore and he took 4th at 103. He is the son of the first state champ in…

two and a half weeks away from my fight this march 20, and im on point with my weight loss. i fought feb 13 and continued to train with no break. the goal was to weight less so i dont have to cut as much water so i feel better for the fight. looking forward to the wec fights this weekend. predict cruz to win this fight anywhere he wants too. i wouldnt be surprised if he won in more of a wrestler, grappler fashion this fight then the usual stand up you see from him. Getting a shot to cleanse myself of my last loss April 17th here in Denver. It will be nice to fight at home again, at least this way I'm guaranteed a ride to places when I need one. Feels good to have something to train for and a reason to diet, as opposed to just trying to keep my model physique...that i've never had.
Congrats to my buddy Chris Camozzi for getting on TUF. Now I can name drop Camozzi around town in hopes of picking up women or getting into clubs. This should b
