My Tuesday began at A.S.U at 11:00 A.M. with C.B. Dalloway for wrestling practice. I also went to Marcos DeNiza to work out with the wrestling team at 3:30 P.M. I didn't wrestle in High School, so it is cool to see what the experience would have been like. The kids were all nice and the coaches were really cool. I am glad Danny Martinez invited me to join him. Today I am going to practice at 3:30 P.M. Until then I will be crossing a couple items off of my "Honey-do" list.

I had my third kid last week. It was a boy! We didn't find out the gender in the ultrasound, so it was a big surprise. It was really cool and I couldn't be happier! He was 8lbs 11.5oz and 21in long. He was healthy and so was his mother. I am very happy we had a boy. Don't get me wrong, I have a daughter and I love her very much, but I would rather have two boys than two girls... if you know what I mean. I have gotten the pleasure of working out with and getting to know Jesse Forbes recently. He has been really open to helping me and has spent a lot of time helping me after his own practice. He is a very hard worker and it shows. I am happy that he got back into the UFC. Good luck Jesse! Have fun.

I am getting ready for my last work out of the week. It is at 10:30 and I will be glad to get this week over with. I worked out so much this week I don't feel like a normal human any more. I can't wait for tonight. I am taking my family to Zoo-lights at the Phoenix Zoo. My kids love Christmas lights and they are very excited to go. I have a long week ahead of me. But I feel much better after a day off. I watched UFC 107 and it made me want to get up and go straight to the gym and work out. After seeing BJ Penn beat the piss out off Diego Sanchez like that I thought to myself that is how I want to win. Maybe some day after all the hard work I can get a pay off like that.
