Week 2 of my camp started today.

Working a lot of specific stuff for October 9th. Working most of my stand up at the moment getting shape staying technical. Been working most of the same stuff being my opponent didn't change. Same game plane so it makes it easy. Feel good and getting stronger every day. Still have to start sparing more and getting my timing down. Other then that all is well.

Sadly my fight with Erik Apple in Strike Force has been canceled

I was very excited to fight Erik Apple. It doesn't look like I will be competing on Aug 13th at Dodge Theater in front of my home town. Erik Apple had to pull out do to some legal issues. Strike Force tried to get someone but it just didn’t work out. This is a crappy part of MMA. I can’t control any on or anything but myself. Sorry it didn’t work out. Thanks for all the support
