So I posted this earlier but for a quick recap, I ran through a glass door. This may sound like it ended well but surprisingly it did not. I had 25 stitches in my forehead holding together an eight centimeter gash and five stitches in my arm. Luckily I hit the door with the hardest part of my forehead and not my face because Lord knows big ears, acne and a fucked face will not have the ladies lining up. I got cleared to start running and lifiting on the 12th but no contact for a minimum of si

In the last two years, reality television has done just about everything. At first I had no interest in watching this show until many people I know in the fighting world began discussing it. They looked at a krav maga instructor, a tai chi teacher and the one that struck close to home was a typical martial arts school. Or dojo, whatever the fuck you want to call it.
I started traditional martial arts training at the age of seven so I could be a Power Range

The movie Enemy at the Gates is about a Russian sniper who, after gaining quite the reputation for offing Nazi officers, becomes hunted by a high level German sniper. I think it's a pretty damn good movie. I like the idea and its just nice, does "it" for me. Whatever the hell "it" is. Watching last night though after several years of not seeing it brought to my attention that for Russians, the lead actor did not have an accent. It's Jude Law who is English and seems as if he didn't try. This
