todays morning practice was good had some guys from undisputed gym in san diego come up and we went five rounds of boxing and it was goog the last two had a new guy half way in the round and tonight we got more treadmill sprints then the whole weekend off finally which is good because were gonna head out to comic con this weekend and see the last time it might be in san diego i've always wanted to get out there to see this , i wish ben henderson and miklo were in town to enjoy it. ill take pictu… Continue

So practice this week is goin great ,its really tuff but all in a good perpose I'm starting to diet and I'm on a 2000 calories a day diet and last week it was horrible but now I'm starting to get tbhe hang off it and my bodys starting to corroperate with it and the training sessions I'm also loading up on a lot of recovery pills and fat burners to help out . Today early this morning the alliance team got up to head down to riverside about a hour ande a half away from the gym to spar with some good thia boxer and too get some different looks. We took threde trucks up there with the fight team , all great fighters.
