Giant Barzeeluns and My First Seminar!
I love being busy. February 19th I woke up early, buried my nose in my Cell Bio book, and tried to get ahead in preparation for the week ahead. Just hanging out with the family
Went for a couple mile run this morning first thng now im hanging out with Ryan and my two neices taya and taylor! waiting for practice at four hopefully we shoot box or throw down. jus in that kind of mood today haha, well ill keep you posted im new to this blogging stuff so i dont really know what to do or write down yet. A refelction on Cibola at the AZ state wrestling tournament
I was able to attend the AZ 5A state wrestling tournament a little bit ago to cheer on the school where I won my state championship and coached at for a year with coach Pepe Moreno.
Cibola did a great job as always under Pepe. There were some closes losses, one unfortunate disqualification and one upset against Cibola but for the most part the kids fought hard and did great.

Judo practice yesterday
Went down to Dudleyville and went through Judo practice with Ryan at my girlfriends gym (she teaches judo). Judo is a lot harder than i thought it was. I going to start cutting weight for my next fight hopefully April 17 or May first, keeping my fingers crossed!! Keep your for me too, got about 30 pounds to lose! haha.

UFC newcomer Darren Elkins (9-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) was today confirmed by
the UFC as the final part of "UFC on Versus 1: Vera vs. Jones."Elkins meets veteran Duane "Bang" Ludwig (19-10 MMA, 2-1 UFC) on the evening's preliminary card.
The 11-bout event takes place March 21 at 1STBANK Center in Broomfield (near Denver), Colo. The main card airs live on Versus.
Brendan Schaub announced as third bonus character for "UFC Undisputed 2010"
Video game retailer GameStop announced today that "The Ultimate
Fighter 10" finalist Brendan Schaub (5-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC) is the third of
four playable bonus characters in the forthcoming "UFC Undisputed 2010"
title.Jones joins James McSweeney and Marcus Jones as the three officially announced bonus characters to date. The remaining character will be announced on March 16.
Customers can secure access to these bonus characters by pre-ordering the game with GameStop either in-store or online. According to the company's website, "a code and instructions to unlock the GameStop exclusive fighters will come packaged with your game."
