Had my last day of sparring and now i am ready to go. I thought it was good because today i got to do a hard round with joe warren, he pushes a very hard pace so i know my conditioning and mind is right.



My body is a little beat up so im happy to start winding down and getting some rest. The next week will be spent doing some polishing and drilling fine tuning my wrestling and passes and hittng mitts.
