"Tachi Palace Fights 6: High Stakes" official weigh-in results

LEMOORE, Calif. - MMAjunkie.com was on scene for today's "Tachi Palace Fights 6: High Stakes" official fighter weigh-ins in Lemoore, Calif.

Today's weigh-in ceremonies took place at the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino, the same site as Thursday night's GoFightLive.tv-broadcast fight card.

Main-event competitors Kyacey Uscola and former WEC light heavyweight champion Doug "The Rhino" Marshall, who meet in a middleweight special attraction, made their bout official, while Tachi Palace Fights middleweight title contenders Anthony Ruiz and Leopoldo Serao did the same. In fact, all 18 fighters on the card - including big-show veterans "Razor" Rob McCullough, Corey Hill, Diego Saraiva and Micah Miller - all made weight on their first trip to the scale.

Undeterred by recent setbacks, Keith Jardine turns over new leaf at Shark Fights 13

When he saw UFC matchmaker Joe Silva's number come up on his caller ID, Keith Jardine knew exactly what the call was about; he was being released by the UFC.

He didn't spend much time to dwell on the setback, though.

After all, not more than 48 hours after the call, Jardine was booked for a main event gig at Saturday's Shark Fights 13 pay-per-view event in Amarillo, Texas.

Bellator 28 weigh-in results: main-card and preliminary-card fighters on weight

Bellator Fighting Championships today hosted official fighter weigh-ins for Bellator 28, and all 18 event competitors successfully made weight.

The weigh-ins took place at the Mahalia Jackson Theater for the Performing Arts in New Orleans, the same venue that hosts Thursday's FOX Sports Net-broadcast event.

Louisiana native and MMA veteran Rich Clementi (155.6 pounds) and fellow headliner Carey Vanier (156) both made weight without issue.
