just got home

Hey all, just got back from the doctors office after my fight for VFC in Iowa. Lost a decision and the dude did a number on my face, They thought I had a fractured orbital and jaw. Both of these happened in the first round and the fight went all three rounds, the doctors were surprised that I managed to stay in the fight. If you're gonna be dumb you gotta be tough. UFC and the Superbowl equals a great weekend

Hey everybody,
Thanks for checking out my blogs. This weekend was full of fights and football. UFC 109 was better than expected, my man Randy Couture choked Coleman unconscious and does not look 46. Chael Sonnen was impressive as well as Paulo Thiago, Damian Maia and Matt Serra. Overall they were some good fights. I spent the night with family and friends.

Superbowl Sunday was just as fun. Everybody was rooting for Peyton Manning, but I am a Cardinals fan and the Saints beat the Car… Continue

Great Weekend

Well this weekend was exciting. First the fights, then the super bowl; both of which were good shows. For ufc 109 on Saterday night i went to a local bar to watch them. I got a good seat, and got to watch all the fights. Some great fights. Chael Sonnen is a beast, Phil Davis is solid, Randy Couture is Randy Couture, and i like the trash talk by Tito. People might hate on Tito, but i think he is hilarious. The dude talks shit and is funny as hell about it. I think it's fun for the sport. Overall,… Continue

After visa issues prevented UFC heavyweight and British fighter Mostapha Al Turk (6-5 MMA, 0-2 UFC) from making a fight with Rolles Gracie this past weekend at UFC 109, the promotion has booked him for an international event.

Al Turk is set to face "The Ultimate Fighter 10" contestant John Madsen (3-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) at UFC 112, and sources close to the fighters told MMAjunkie.com that bout agreements have been signed.

UFC 112 takes place April 10 at Concert Arena in Abu Dhabi, and it marks the promotion's first trip to the Middle East and a component of a new deal with U.A.E.-based event company Flash Entertainment.
